📋 Description

• Analyse and redesign client campaign libraries through a customer journey lens to enhance lifecycle performance • Lead and work with clients to formulate or optimize client marketing lifecycles using interdisciplinary marketing approaches • Create lifecycle strategies, define lifecycle stages and objectives, and map campaigns to each stage • End-to-end campaign development: strategy, ideation, development, delivery, reporting and post-delivery optimization • Move from high-level marketing strategy to granular tactical execution • Work with data to brief campaign reports, draw insights and hypotheses to optimize or ideate campaigns • Collaborate with and direct data analytics/scientists to uncover insights informing strategy • Work with martech to translate marketing designs into implemented campaigns • Advise on creative fundamentals, art direction and copywriting for campaigns • Recommend channel planning and multichannel marketing strategies • Forensically analyse campaign performance and design A/B tests and CRO optimizations • Compile executive reports on campaign performance and present recommendations • Stay up to date on marketing trends, technology and techniques and educate clients on best practices • Influence and educate clients to adopt best practice decisions in campaign strategy and execution

• Demonstrable passion for all things marketing • Strong problem solving, critical and creative thinking • Goal / outcome orientated • Delivery and deadline focused • Desire to be a key part of a high-performance team • Strong background in database marketing, direct marketing and/or performance digital marketing • Basic understanding of creative, specifically art direction and copywriting • Multichannel marketing experience would be beneficial • Basic understanding of technology or an Interest in technology, especially martech
