📋 Description
• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers • Conduct analysis and research on travel options • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) • Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy • Use positive telephone service techniques • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for excellence in client service • Native GDS expertise (Sabre or Amadeus is Preferred) • Professional communication (written and verbal) • Attention to detail • Act with integrity • Strong understanding of the travel industry • Resolving customer issues quickly and independently • Teamwork and openness to feedback
