📋 Description

• Partner with clients to define strategy and support technology-enabled transformation • Solve complex business problems with senior stakeholders and business leaders • Build business cases and support benefits realisation • Assess opportunities and facilitate workshops • Support large-scale transformation initiatives • Help CIOs, General Managers, and business leaders develop technology strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and digitally enabled business capabilities • Conduct current-state assessments and future-state design • Perform research, benchmarking, and analytical problem solving • Work across public and private sector organisations • Collaborate in Agile and technology transformation environments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • 2+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role • Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and/or IT operating models • Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement and facilitation • Personal continuous improvement and willingness to learn new tools or share techniques • Enthusiasm and ability to motivate individuals and teams and lead teams to self-organisation • Passion for technologies such as Generative AI, Cloud, and Post-Quantum Cryptography • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting environments • Ability to travel as needed or be onsite at client • Proven skills and experience in one or more of: IT Strategy; AI and Business Case development; Enterprise Architecture and Governance; Solution Architecture and Design; Cloud advisory and strategy; IT Operating Model; DevOps; Platform Value Acceleration; application rationalisation and modernisation; ITSM; SIAM; Digital Excellence; software engineering; IT Cost takeout and value optimisation; M&A due diligence
