📋 Description

• Contact corporate clients and build long-term relationships with decision-makers and your candidate pool • Conduct efficient application screenings using modern analytics tools • Lead interviews and evaluate candidates in the finance domain • Use AI-powered active sourcing via LinkedIn, email campaigns and our referral portal • Identify suitable job opportunities • Contribute to exciting projects on state-of-the-art recruiting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed HR certification or a degree in business administration, psychology, or IT • Several years of experience in in-house recruiting, with a recruitment agency, or in line management with hiring responsibility • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and techniques; experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho Analytics is a strong advantage • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication and networking skills; an existing network in the finance sector is a plus • Business-fluent German and English • Proactive, independent personality with the drive to make an impact.
