• A Senior Director, Paid Search Marketer’s primary responsibilities are to oversee all aspects of paid search campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and performance analysis. • They are responsible for driving revenue and achieving business goals through effective paid search campaigns. • This role often involves managing a team of paid search specialists, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current with industry trends and best practices. • This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys digging into data, and is constantly looking for ways to drive performance improvements and scale campaigns efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), with a proven track record of performance growth. • Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g.Looker) • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients. • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of paid search specialists. • A passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify growth opportunities • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven, and collaborative environment
