• Digital Media Solutions (DMS) seeks a Senior Sales Development Representative to identify and enroll new insurance agent customers through outbound sales. • Work is 100% remote within the USA and includes equipment provision.
• Significant outbound cold calling experience IS A MUST • 3+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite--Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. • Proficient in a pipeline management system and integrated dialer platform–Salesforce or similar. • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors. • Preferred: Experience working in the Insurance Industry or Insurance Online Lead Generation. • Previous experience working with Salesforce.com • Experience with over the phone verbal communication during cold calls and writing cold business emails • Strong phone presence and experience conducting a high volume (100+/day) of outbound cold calls • Knowledge of corporate productivity and web presentation tools • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of effectively managing and reporting on individual sales pipeline in order to hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas
