âą 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies âą Financial acumen for managing multi-million dollar benefits budgets âą Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, data modeling) âą Exceptional communication skills for translating complex plan mechanics âą Self-starting approach with a natural appetite for process efficiency âą Preferred: Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and hands-on experience with Workday Benefits
