📋 Description

• Lead growth and development of membership across the European region, analyzing the current landscape to identify gaps in chamber and geographical representation • Identify and engage potential new members that strengthen the organization's mission and diversity across the region • Design and implement outreach strategies to expand the European membership base effectively • Develop and execute engagement plans that increase and diversify participation across chambers and geographies • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, regional networks, and stakeholder communities, drawing on an established European professional network • Deliver high-quality member services, keeping members informed on key processes, governance, and strategic topics • Provide guidance, information, and training to members across the region as needed • Act as a trusted point of contact and advocate for European members within the international organization

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or equivalent • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relations, outreach, or membership/network development with international organizations or cross-border projects • Proven track record working within or across European institutions, networks, civil society, or multi-stakeholder platforms • Experience engaging diverse actors across different European countries and cultural contexts • Strong ability to build trust across cultural and sectoral boundaries • Existing or readily buildable European professional network across relevant sectors • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) • Fluency in one or more additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a strong advantage • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
