📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations • Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows to maximize efficiency • Ensure compliance with internal controls and drive comprehensive equity reconciliations • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax for stock-based compensation support • Navigate global regulatory updates for international compliance • Collaborate with executives to prepare Compensation Committee materials

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company • Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup) • Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments • Strong communication skills to explain complex financial narratives simply • Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset
