📋 Description
• - Lead the creation and refinement of high-fidelity user interface designs across Sangoma’s suite of products and web applications. • - Translate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes into pixel-perfect, production-ready designs. • - Maintain and evolve Sangoma’s design system, ensuring consistent usage of components, color, typography, and layout across all digital properties. • - Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to ensure seamless design hand-off and accurate implementation. • - Contribute to user testing sessions by designing interactive prototypes and incorporating feedback into design iterations. • - Partner with marketing and brand teams to align product visuals with Sangoma’s global brand identity. • - Advocate for design excellence and accessibility standards across teams. • - Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and tools.
🎯 Requirements
• - 5+ years of experience in UI or Product Design, ideally in SaaS, telecommunications, or B2B software environments. • - Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern interface design for web and mobile applications. • - Expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar design tools. • - Strong understanding of responsive design, component-based systems, and accessibility (WCAG) standards. • - Experience collaborating in Agile or cross-functional product teams. • - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus but not required. • - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
