• Dignotion is seeking a performance-driven Paid Social Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution across major social media platforms. • You’ll join a senior, agile team that works with clients ranging from fast-growing startups to global brands—with a strong focus on measurable impact and creative excellence. • In this role, you’ll own paid social campaign management from start to finish: planning, deployment, optimization, reporting, and collaboration with creatives. • This is a great opportunity for someone comfortable working independently, with deep experience in paid media and a passion for results.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns • Strong command of major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and meet performance targets • Comfortable building reports and working with performance metrics in Excel or Google Sheets • Clear written and spoken English; confident in communication and documentation • Able to work independently and manage timelines with minimal oversight
