📋 Description
• Take ownership of digital marketing execution and strengthen the organisation’s online presence • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and website traffic • Conduct keyword research and monitor website performance • Analyse competitor activity and identify opportunities to enhance digital presence • Track campaign performance and provide reporting and optimisation recommendations • Manage and maintain the organisation’s WordPress website • Build and optimise landing pages for marketing campaigns • Maintain accurate, current, and search-optimised website content • Collaborate with external agencies and support development of in-house capability • Develop website content, blogs, and marketing copy • Create and update digital graphics using Canva or similar tools • Support basic video editing and multimedia content production • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns • Monitor conversions, campaign performance, and return on investment • Partner with the Marketing Manager and leadership team • Contribute ideas to strengthen lead generation, digital visibility, and customer engagement • Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners • Own assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience across digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing • Strong hands-on SEO expertise and understanding of search optimisation principles • Experience managing WordPress websites and digital content • Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns • Strong content writing and copywriting skills • Experience creating digital marketing assets using Canva or similar design platforms • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies • Proficiency with WordPress • Proficiency with Google Ads • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager • Experience with SEO and keyword research platforms • Proficiency with Canva • Experience with Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously • Commercially minded with a focus on measurable business outcomes • Strong prioritisation and time-management capabilities • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills • Creative, detail-oriented, and confident contributing new ideas • Comfortable challenging existing approaches and recommending improvements • Adaptable when managing changing priorities • Confident working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
