📋 Description

• Develop backend services in Go (Golang) • Implement APIs and platform business logic • Develop solutions for centralized HSM, log, telemetry, and audit management • Implement traceability mechanisms, immutable persistence, and event export via Syslog • Develop dashboards and observability services • Optimize service performance, concurrency, and scalability • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture, code quality, and CI/CD pipeline alongside the technical team • Develop automated tests and support continuous integration and delivery practices • Work closely with the Architect, Tech Lead, and other developers • Develop a highly available platform for critical environments, with a focus on security, performance, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of solid backend development experience • Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) • Experience with REST APIs and microservices • Knowledge of PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases • Experience with concurrent processing (goroutines, channels, and parallelism) • Experience optimizing performance and working with high-volume applications • Experience with Docker and containerized environments • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of observability, structured logging, and monitoring • Experience with Git and software engineering best practices • Preferred: experience with SIEM, ELK, or OpenSearch • Preferred: knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana • Preferred: experience with Kubernetes • Preferred: experience with distributed systems, regulated auditing, or security platforms • Preferred: knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) • Preferred: knowledge of HSM, PKI, applied cryptography, or public key infrastructure • Analytical, collaborative, and quality-oriented mindset
