📋 Description

• Provide critical financial oversight and leadership for the parishes and schools. • Manage the PAS team including recruitment, hiring, and training of staff. • Conduct timely performance evaluations for PAS staff. • Perform bookkeeping functions for various parishes, schools, and ministries. • Execute accounts payable, check processing, and expense reimbursement services. • Conduct bank account reconciliations and monitor general ledger integrity. • Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare/review reports, statements, and projections. • Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions. • Act as a liaison between the Diocese and parishes for financial matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting or a related field with knowledge of non-profit accounting. • 5+ years of general accounting experience. • 2+ years of accounting-related management experience. • Proficiency in various financial accounting software platforms. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures. • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Ability to always maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
