📋 Description

• Onboard new customers onto AWS by setting up secure, multi-account landing zones using Landing Zone Accelerator on AWS (LZA), account structures, guardrails, and baselines • Offboard customers cleanly and safely by decommissioning accounts and resources with appropriate controls and handover • Help customers understand and reduce cloud spend through cost visibility, budgets, anomaly alerts, rightsizing, and optimization recommendations • Apply AWS security best practices across customer environments, including IAM, guardrails, security baselines, and monitoring aligned to the AWS Well-Architected Framework • Provide day-to-day operational support across customer AWS environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining system health • Keep onboarding checklists, runbooks, and configuration documentation clear, current, and repeatable • Collaborate with senior cloud engineers, solutions engineers, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Takes ownership and sees tasks through • Highly organized and comfortable with structured, checklist-driven processes • Eager to deepen knowledge of AWS, security, FinOps, AI enablement, and DevOps • Foundational understanding of AWS and core cloud concepts • Working knowledge of Linux and the command line • Basic scripting in Python or Bash • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows • Strong problem-solving and clear communication • Fluent English, written and spoken • Hebrew is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent practical experience; relevant IDF/military experience applies • Exposure to FinOps tooling or cloud cost management is nice to have • Hands-on experience with AWS landing zones / LZA, AWS Organizations, or Control Tower is nice to have • AWS security exposure, including IAM, Security Hub, or GuardDuty, is nice to have • DevOps skills such as Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation), CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes (EKS) are nice to have • Curiosity about or exposure to generative AI on AWS (Bedrock) or Anthropic's tooling is nice to have • Any AWS certification, such as Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect - Associate, is nice to have
