📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes environments in the cloud • Ensure high availability and scalability of Kubernetes environments • Partner with R&D on architectural design discussions • Translate feature and product plans into concrete DevOps/cloud architecture • Drive architecture from design through implementation • Apply GitOps practices such as Argo CD to manage and automate deployments • Maintain cloud networking, load balancing, and observability tooling, primarily Coralogix • Collaborate within a Scrum team using Jira and the Atlassian stack • Participate in a production on-call rotation using PagerDuty or equivalent • Serve as the team's go-to technical resource • Share best practices and mentor less experienced engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer in cloud-native environments • Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience across the full lifecycle • Hands-on experience managing containerized applications using Docker and OCI in production • Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Solid experience with cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, networking, and system reliability • Ability to lead architectural design discussions with R&D, present architecture to relevant stakeholders, and drive it end-to-end from design through execution • Experience with Azure is an advantage • Ability to write and understand code in Python, Bash, or similar • Customer-centric mindset toward internal stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a production on-call rotation • Hands-on use of AI coding and reasoning tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor in real production work • Experience working in a SaaS startup company is an advantage
