📋 Description

• Craft compelling design assets backed by data • Produce motion graphics and video content optimized for social media • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units • Collaborate with media and content teams • Support Directive's marketing with creative assets • Maintain brand consistency across all assets • Collaborate with teams to understand business goals • Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools • Conduct user research and usability testing

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design • 1 year experience with motion graphics • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends
