• Own the end-to-end execution and implementation of organizational initiatives, driving project delivery, issues resolution, and achievement of defined outcomes. • Tailor communication and engagement strategies that meet stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and clear information for leaders and project teams. • Build and maintain credibility, trust, and strong relationships across the organization. • Partner leaders to stand up new teams, integrate them into the organization, gain alignment on scope and outcomes, guide product implementation within the enterprise ecosystem. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, manage dependencies and achieve defined outcomes. • Utilize standardized tools and best practices to promote consistency, continuous improvement and efficiency.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs within the Property & Casualty insurance industry. • Strong command of the project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability. • Demonstrated success influencing without authority and driving alignment across senior stakeholders. • Strategic, analytical thinker able to translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans in a fast-paced environment. • Highly organized and self-directed, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and facilitation. • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred. • Mergers and Acquisitions experience highly desirable. • Limited Travel may be requested.
