• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles • Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit • Leverage market research and talent mapping to inform recruitment strategies • Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools
• Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models, with end-to-end experience • Experience in recruiting across Product, Tech and Business • Ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome • Proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates • Curious mindset with an interest in research • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing
