📋 Description

• Lead the development of intelligent, scalable applications. • Build chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents, ensuring reliability, security, and performance in production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Design and develop LLM applications: chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents • Integrate and orchestrate model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers) • Architect RAG pipelines; manage memory, context, and embeddings • Implement guardrails and response validation; optimize latency and token costs • Configure monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production • Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks • Organized with strong attention to detail • Scalability-focused mindset • Systems thinking • Clear communication with technical and analytical teams • Proactive identification of bottlenecks • Commitment to quality and reliability • Backend (Python or Node.js) • REST APIs • Microservices • Docker • Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • LangChain or similar frameworks • Vector DBs (Chroma, OpenSearch, etc.) • AI security (prompt injection, context control) • Logging, tracing & observability • CI/CD knowledge
