• Conduct sales meetings and presentations, identify needs and propose tailored educational solutions. • Negotiate and close contracts with companies, ensuring margins and customer satisfaction. • Maintain and manage the CRM with discipline and a strategic pipeline focus. • Monitor performance indicators (conversion rate, sales cycle, etc.) and propose continuous improvements. • Work closely with marketing and product to develop campaigns and prospecting support materials.
• Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, or related fields. • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate education, consultancies, edtechs, or technology. • Experience in executive education, innovation, and artificial intelligence (AI) applied to learning. • Experience with customized programs for leadership teams and large corporations. • Experience negotiating with medium and large companies and with executive audiences (C-level). • Proficient in CRM tools and a data-driven mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach. • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented profile. • Native Portuguese speaker; intermediate English desirable.
