• Prospect and qualify leads for the products, services and spaces under your responsibility; • Deliver presentations and meetings with potential clients and partners, negotiating contracts and partnerships; • Conduct on-site visits at the AI Transformation Hub, presenting the portfolio of solutions and opportunities; • Prepare and assemble attractive, well-structured commercial proposals; • Lead negotiations and closings with a focus on consistent delivery and meeting targets; • Manage and maintain the CRM with discipline and attention to detail, tracking all stages of the sales funnel; • Manage and optimize room and auditorium occupancy, ensuring efficiency and maximizing revenue; • Create promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase the space's revenue; • Provide direct customer service across multiple channels with empathy and a consultative approach.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; • Proven experience selling technology or digital solutions; • Personal and/or professional use of AI and automation tools in daily work (required); • Experience in lead mapping, prospecting and qualification; • Experience building commercial proposals and presentations; • Proficiency with CRM tools and a data-driven mindset; • Ability to develop strategies to monetize spaces and experiences; • Native Portuguese and intermediate English (desired); • Highly organized, focused and disciplined profile; • Proactive, collaborative and empathetic, able to work with different teams and client profiles; • Adaptable to dynamic, fast-changing environments.
