📋 Description

• Qualify leads based on income, household size, and ACA eligibility logic. • Identify QLEs (Qualifying Life Events). • Conduct pre-screening for ACA and private PPO options. • Book appointments with low no-show rates. • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism. • Follow up via text campaigns and email. • Maintain accurate CRM records and notes.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English with neutral/light accent. • Strong, confident communication style (U.S. customer-facing). • Experience with U.S. clients or call center environments. • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. • Quiet workspace + stable internet connection
