• Conduct outreach via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting • Research and identify potential leads through networking and market analysis • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team • Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts to generate high-value opportunities • Maintain a high level of activity to consistently meet or exceed targets • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies • Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress in a timely manner • Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities • Represent the company at networking events and conferences • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting • Proven success in outbound prospecting and building pipeline • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written) • Proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Knowledge of software development services is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
