📋 Description

• Inbound, not outbound : You speak to people who book appointments / reach out • Advice First : Your default job is to understand needs, explain trade-offs, and recommend what's right • Closing is part of the job : If the customer should buy, you'll guide them through plan selection and purchase • No Spam : We don't badger customers into buying • Time to do it well : Consultations are designed to be thoughtful, not rushed • Choose Your Path: Team Falcon (Call-first, Deep conversation) or Team Bliss (Chat-first, fast + crisp)

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, empathetic communication : You can simplify without dumbing down • Customer instinct + backbone : Helpful, but not a pushover • Detail orientation : Small errors create big claim problems later • Comfort with ambiguity : Real customer situations are messy • English fluency : Other Indian languages are a plus • Basic tech comfort : Tools, CRM-like workflows • No Insurance experience required. We'll train you.
