📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of field SCADA engineers • Lead deployment and commissioning of complex Ignition SCADA systems • Troubleshoot and resolve challenging issues • Coordinate field SCADA team activities with project schedules • Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience with Ignition SCADA systems • 2+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience • Expert-level proficiency with Ignition Perspective • Deep hands-on experience with SCADA/BMS systems • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel 40-50%
