📋 Description

• Lead requirements engineering processes for complex software projects. • Elicit, analyze, document, refine and validate functional and non-functional requirements. • Structure complete specifications using advanced SDD (Spec/Software Driven Development) practices. • Develop robust documentation for systems, integrations, products and corporate processes. • Create and maintain artifacts such as UML, BPMN, ER models, and software policies. • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance and software quality standards. • Act as a strategic bridge between business, product, development, architecture, QA and other stakeholders. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and discovery processes. • Define organizational frameworks for documentation and requirements management. • Support solution architecture with a systemic and process-oriented view. • Review and validate technical policies and regulatory requirements. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise analysis and specification maturity. • Use AI to improve productivity, documentation and analytical automation. • Serve as an internal technical reference for requirements engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work in a hybrid setup and reside in cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Joinville, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre or Belo Horizonte. • University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Systems, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields. • Extensive experience in requirements engineering. • Advanced proficiency in UML. • Advanced proficiency in BPMN. • Strong experience with ER modeling (ERD). • Expertise in SDD. • Solid knowledge of software policies and technical governance. • Experience eliciting and validating complex requirements. • Deep understanding of business rules and enterprise architecture. • Experience with Jira and Confluence. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Familiarity with modern software architecture. • Knowledge of APIs, integrations and microservices. • Experience with version control and document management. • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP). • Excellent technical writing skills and structured documentation ability. • Knowledge of compliance, security and governance. • Strategic capability in using AI tools. • Experience in enterprise architecture. • Experience working in SaaS or enterprise environments. • Knowledge of digital transformation. • Experience with regulatory compliance. • Knowledge of document automation. • Advanced technical English. • Experience with organizational frameworks for requirements engineering. • Experience applying AI to analysis and documentation. • Desired certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), IREB CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering), BPMN/UML certifications, Scrum / Agile certifications, TOGAF or related (differential).
