📋 Description

• Monitor and manage operating-system-level alerts • Perform advanced troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers • Diagnose CPU, memory, I/O issues and performance degradation • Analyze system and critical service logs • Resolve complex incidents • Execute immediate mitigation for critical incidents • Manage service recovery and controlled reboots • Validate connectivity between systems • Implement changes within an ITIL framework • Participate in patching, updates and hardening • Operate virtualized environments • Produce structured technical analyses • Document runbooks • Identify improvements • Automate tasks • Collaborate with infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in IT operations with Linux and Windows in production • VMware, Hyper-V or equivalents • DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS • Patching and hardening; experience with 24x7 operations • Automation — Bash and PowerShell • ITSM tools • Dynatrace (preferred), Grafana, Prometheus or ELK • Cloud • Differentials: • Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish • Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE; Microsoft Windows/Azure; VMware/Hyper-V; ITIL Foundation
