📋 Description

• Develop and maintain software applications supporting KLDiscovery’s products and services • Oversee software development projects and report on initiatives to ensure timely delivery • Serve as a single point of contact for project initiatives • Communicate project goals and expectations to associates • Act as a bridge between business and software development • Remove roadblocks impeding team progress • Interact with other departments • Coach, mentor, and train direct reports and entry- and mid-level software developers • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual performance evaluations • Operate within budgets and authorization limits; provide input for future-period budgeting • Support recruitment, onboarding, and compensation management • Provide input for and execute hiring strategy in compliance with law and internal regulations • Travel occasionally

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred • Minimum of 2 years of leadership, training, and mentoring experience • 10+ years of software development experience and/or training • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Ability to work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment • Awareness of and ability to demonstrate company values, policies, and guidelines • Significant humility, hunger, and people smarts
