📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and maintain Enterprise Security Systems (ESS), ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. • Manage and support ESS-related servers, databases, storage platforms, and integrated security technologies. • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve ESS issues in a timely manner. • Implement upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Maintain documentation for system configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and security teams to support system integrations and security controls. • Ensure compliance with federal, agency, and organizational security standards. • Support audits, assessments, and reporting requirements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Enterprise Security System (ESS) Administrator hands-on experience • Strong expertise in server, database, storage, and security technologies used in ESS environments. • Experience with enterprise security platforms such as Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), Access control systems, and Intrusion detection systems. • Knowledge of system architecture, data flows, backup/restore, and system redundancy. • Ability to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports. • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance. • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
