📋 Description

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with optimized DAX and data modeling • Develop and maintain data flows using Power Query, ensuring efficiency and consistency across reports • Implement and manage ETL pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources into the BI ecosystem • Leverage Microsoft Fabric infrastructure, including Warehouse and Lakehouse, for scalable and secure data management • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting layers • Define and maintain data architecture standards and governance frameworks • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions • Mentor and guide junior BI developers on technical skills, coding standards, and best practices • Monitor and optimize BI performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence development, with a focus on Power BI • Strong expertise in Power Query, DAX, and advanced data modelling techniques • Proficiency in SQL for querying, optimization, and ETL logic development • Hands-on experience in Data Management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, including Warehouse and Lakehouse concepts • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and business discussions • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field • Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Fabric, or SQL Server preferred
