📋 Description
• Remote, flexible remote-first role shaping AI-powered contract playbooks for DocJuris's customers • Requires JD and Bar Admission in at least one US state; 3–5 years of experience reviewing and redlining complex contracts • Train AI-powered contract playbooks within the DocJuris platform; lead client discussions • 75% playbook development; 25% meetings and coordination with the team
🎯 Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school and Bar Admission in at least one US State • 3-5 years of experience reviewing and redlining complex commercial/enterprise contracts • Proficiency in identifying and applying indemnification, IP, limitation of liability, force majeure, and dispute resolution mechanisms • Ability to swiftly learn new software and web applications; experience with recent technologies or web apps • Client-centric: able to discuss redlines and negotiation positions with general counsel, procurement, and supply chain teams; handle 2-4 client meetings per day • Self-starter and independent: 75% playbook building and 25% client meetings and team coordination
