📋 Description

• Management of teams of engineers distributed across Europe and the US. • Ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence of the components the teams ship. • Align the team with business and product goals by working closely with product management. • Facilitate communication across teams and status reporting for critical projects. • Hire and retain talent. • Hold a high bar for engineering excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing a high performing team • 5+ years experience as a backend software developer • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy (self-motivated, organized) and the ability to work remotely across time zones
