📋 Description

• Post financial entries in the ERP system; • Execute and monitor the invoicing process; • Monitor and validate CNAB files (remittance and return) with financial institutions; • Perform bank reconciliations and identify inconsistencies or opportunities for adjustment; • Assess tax withholdings applicable to financial transactions; • Participate in the monthly financial close, ensuring consistency and integrity of information; • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary analyses and documentation; • Identify and propose improvements to financial processes and internal controls; • Prepare reports to support leadership decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in finance. • Experience in financial analysis and cash flow controls. • Technical knowledge: • Bank reconciliation; • Knowledge of tax withholdings applicable to financial routines; • Experience with CNAB files (remittance and return); • Intermediate Excel.
