📋 Description
• Review of the minimum required documents for sites • Send contracts to partners to obtain signatures • Maintain and control the site book database • Monitor and respond to property owners' requests • Track signature processes with notaries and property owners • Review and archive site books after signatures • Review and forward lease contracts and rental documents for registration • Organize and file area documents and leasing contracts
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in: • - Contract registration and related adjustments/revisions • - Validation of requirements for reimbursement processes • - Purchase order processing • - Report generation • - Tax and accounting knowledge; experience with SAP HANA is a plus • - Spanish language skills desirable
