📋 Description

• Support the annual budgeting process for the company’s departments • Prepare, distribute and monitor changes, forecasts and revisions (forecast), and analyze actual vs. budget • Support the preparation of monthly reports for managers • Provide support and clarification on budgeting processes • Compile data to construct the Budget Structure • Support the calculation of the company’s economic and financial results • Prepare result assessments by responsibility centers • Support the maintenance of strategic and operational KPI dashboards • Prepare various management reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Proficiency in Excel for preparing reports and KPIs • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounting Standards used in Brazil • Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred) • Knowledge of Cooperative Legislation, ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulatory standards, and tax legislation (preferred)
