📋 Description

• Provide customer support to clients in the financial sector via phone and email (banks and companies), delivering assistance for Núclea’s technology solutions. • Log, follow up on, and resolve support tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and service quality is maintained. • Assist in analyzing questions and incidents related to products such as assignment of credit, payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans), portability, and insurance. • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. • Manage multiple concurrent requests while staying organized and prioritizing tasks. • Support identification of opportunities to improve support processes and the customer experience. • Contribute to documenting solutions, procedures, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (preferably in Administration or related fields) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Previous experience in customer service or support • Interest in or familiarity with the financial market (banks, credit, payroll-deductible loans, etc.) • Experience supporting bank financial products
