📋 Description

• Manage financial flow, contracts and relationships with students and suppliers. • Perform accounts payable and receivable routines for the school and courses. • Issue boletos (bank payment slips) and invoices. • Prepare reports from the course sales platform. • Complete and monitor the DRE (income statement) spreadsheet. • Collect overdue payments from students and support student relationship management. • Adjust, review and send contracts to students. • Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotes, handle purchases and manage inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields. • Experience in administrative and/or financial routines. • Experience with accounts payable/receivable, and issuing boletos (bank payment slips) and invoices. • Strong personal organization, attention to detail and logical reasoning. • Proactivity and autonomy to propose process improvements. • Availability for a hybrid work model, with 4 days on-site at the school. • Preferred: Experience in the Education sector, non-degree courses or schools. • Familiarity with DRE (income statement) and management reports. • Experience working in small companies (dynamic, multifunctional environment).
