📋 Description

• Perform commission calculations based on predefined rules (contracts, internal policies), using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets. • Review and validate the calculations performed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established criteria. • Analyze sales databases to identify inconsistencies and support the calculation process. • Provide support to the commercial/sales team, clarifying questions related to calculations and the applied rules.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Intermediate Excel skills • Experience with commission calculations • Experience in the supplementary/private health sector • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to handle deadlines and multiple simultaneous demands • Attention to detail • Clear communication • Organization • Adaptability and flexibility
