📋 Description

• Financial reconciliations of accounts receivable billing, as well as bank settlements. • Analysis and resolution of financial discrepancies identified in reconciliations. • Posting accounting entries and monitoring account balances. • Update and maintain operational reports, controls, and basic process KPIs. • Preparation of reconciliation and statement reports, ensuring financial and accounting control. • Communicate with internal and external clients. • Maintain organization to ensure smooth process flow. • Follow operational procedures and internal policies, contributing to standardization and continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Experience with ERP systems – SAP. • Experience in accounts receivable financial routines, such as reconciliations, bank settlements, collections, monitoring KPIs, and report preparation. • Basic accounting knowledge (provisions, cost allocation, recognition, etc.).
