📋 Description

• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, such as the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. • Perform bank reconciliations and have knowledge of the chart of accounts. • Understand financial scenarios, including costs, expenses, sales and other critical factors. • Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for projections and scenario analysis. • Ensure that financial planning and analysis practices comply with internal policies and external regulations. • Prepare and present financial reports to investors and clients, highlighting results and projections. • Gather information directly from real estate developers and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of financial data. • Collaborate with different departments to collect information and understand financial needs.

🎯 Requirements
