📋 Description

• Analyze to drive growth: Perform strategic profitability analyses, identifying opportunities and proposing actions that generate real impact across Credit Cards, Checking Accounts, Personal Loans, payroll-deductible (consigned) Loans, and other products. • Translate strategy into numbers: Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring projections are aligned with the business growth targets. • Reveal the story behind the numbers: Lead the monthly management close, providing transparency on company performance and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. • Turn data into insights: Prepare and present executive materials on business results, providing leadership with information that enables decisive actions. • Drive financial transformation: Lead initiatives that optimize processes and bring innovation to the area, always thinking scalably and using reliable data.
