📋 Description

• Support to the finance department, focusing on accounts receivable • Support to accounts receivable financial analysts • Outbound and inbound customer service (phone, support tickets, email, and WhatsApp – Respond.io) • Assist customers with financial inquiries • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets • Monitor delinquent accounts and prepare reports • Send invoices and bank slips (boletos) • Follow up on outstanding credit receipts • Track payments via internal system and email • Support customer negotiations • Assist with accounting closings • Perform outbound collections

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, negotiation, and customer service • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) • Currently pursuing a university degree is a plus
