🎯 Requirements

• Support financial control of campaigns, clients and cost centers. • Post financial entries and update system records for costs, revenues and provisions. • Execute accounts payable routines, including document verification, entries and payment scheduling. • Support accounts receivable control by posting settlements, monitoring collections and assisting with delinquency management. • Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information sent to clients. • Verify invoices, financial documents and supporting data for operations. • Support bank reconciliations and the area's financial controls. • Organize financial databases and reports, ensuring information is up to date and reliable. • Support the monthly financial close and operational demands of the area. • Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to align information and the financial flow of operations. • Other activities as directed by management.

🏖️ Benefits

• Higher education in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel. • Experience with issuing and reviewing billing and invoices. • Ability to organize and control financial information. • Attention to detail and precision in executing financial routines. • Good communication skills for interacting with internal departments and suppliers. • Organized, proactive profile with a willingness to learn.
