📋 Description

• Analyze to evolve: Perform strategic profitability analyses, identifying opportunities and proposing actions that generate real impact across Credit Card, Checking Account, Personal Loan, payroll-deductible loan and other product businesses. • Translate strategy into numbers: Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring projections align with the business growth targets. • Reveal the story behind the numbers: Lead the monthly management close, providing transparency on company performance and identifying trends, risks and opportunities. • Turn data into insights: Prepare and present executive materials on business results, providing leadership with information that enables informed, decisive actions. • Drive financial transformation: Lead initiatives that optimize processes and introduce innovation to the area, always thinking scalably and relying on reliable data.
