📋 Description

• Understand the impact of different business areas on the company's results and develop hypotheses to diagnose and resolve issues; • Improve reports, including conducting thorough analyses to explain trends and any deviations from plans; • Ability to generate insights and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization; • Monitor operational and financial performance and produce insights to inform senior management decisions; • Develop financial projection models for the company; • Organizational skills and responsibility to ensure the monthly closing of results (income statement/P&L and cash flow); • Use strong financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models; • Develop financial models and analyses; • Deliver presentations for leadership meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; • Postgraduate degree in related fields is a plus; • Think in a structured way to solve problems with creative approaches, grounded in relevant and reliable data; • Interpret data and use it to draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders; • Able to build and maintain simple and complex financial models; • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; • Proactive, organized, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a communicative approach; • Experience working in technology companies is a plus.
