📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI products, from conception and discovery to delivery and production support. • Identify, prioritize and validate opportunities with a focus on business impact, translating pain points into testable hypotheses. • Lead the squad with purpose, providing context, removing blockers and facilitating collaboration between product, data, engineering and design. • Build and evolve the roadmap, slicing deliveries into MVPs that maximize learning and value generation. • Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, ensuring execution, delivery and adoption of initiatives. • Define and monitor outcome KPIs, iterating the product based on evidence and data. • Structure and govern knowledge bases and guidelines that ensure quality, consistency and alignment of AI-generated responses. • Ensure AI solutions are responsible, secure and financially sustainable, in compliance with privacy and data protection (LGPD). • Manage conflicts and align expectations between stakeholders and the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with active participation in building AI products (not limited to backlog management, but including architecture decisions and solution trade-offs). • Experience in product, strategy, CX or digital transformation, with a strong results orientation. • Track record of validating hypotheses with MVPs in short cycles, prioritizing rapid learning over extensive documentation. • Experience working closely with technical teams (data and engineering), translating business needs into viable use cases. • Ability to influence and mobilize multiple areas (engineering, data, design, legal, risk) around a common objective. • Bachelor's degree completed (Technology, Business, Engineering or related fields). • Advantageous: degrees in technical or exact sciences (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or related fields).
