📋 Description
• Design, automate, and run QA workflows, including sampling, metrics, quality dashboards, and throughput reporting • Build and maintain labelling interfaces in Label Studio when needed • Configure annotation projects and refine layouts to make annotation faster and less error-prone • Write, organize, and maintain annotation guidelines and project documentation • Source, onboard, and coordinate freelance annotators with the AI Annotations Lead • Track deadlines, follow up on deliverables, answer annotator questions, and keep projects moving • Turn annotation output and project data into concise summaries for the Lead and stakeholders • Support data analysis and reporting on project health and quality • Participate in designing programs to validate AI-system quality
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable working with data • Ability to build spreadsheet models • Ability to calculate and interpret quality or agreement metrics • Eagerness to use, or existing experience with, light Python and pandas for automating checks • Strong written communication and structured thinking • Proven follow-through coordinating people or projects to deadlines • Ability to work self-directed and independently • Fluent English • Working fluency in at least one of Italian, Portuguese, or Polish • Legal right to work in the country of residence or role location • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
