📋 Description

• Manage and grow a team of 2–3 analysts, organising workload, priorities, and agile delivery • Coach analysts technically and professionally and hold them accountable for quality and impact • Coordinate with global and local stakeholders • Coach and upskill the team to work AI-first • Establish shared libraries, reusable code, and scalable GitHub-based architecture • Partner with the VPs of Individual Doctors and Clinics to understand business needs and identify opportunities • Lead analytical deep dives explaining performance drivers and recommended actions • Propose, run, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments • Build and maintain scalable data models and automations across 13 markets • Build usable dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau • Ensure outputs meet BI dashboard and data standards • Translate business requirements for BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams • Challenge scope or timelines when they do not match business priorities • Provide dedicated analytical support to local markets when needed • Build and maintain an interpretation layer that turns metrics and models into actionable AI-generated insights • Deliver market performance insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, decision-ready format

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar • 5+ years of relevant analytics experience • 1–2 years of experience leading analysts • Very good SQL skills; BigQuery preferred • Python is a plus • Experience designing and maintaining automations and scalable data models • Experience setting up or scaling AI-first ways of working for a data/analytics team, including AI-assisted querying and coding, shared prompt or code libraries, and reusable GitHub-based architecture or similar • Ability to translate complex data into business language and clear narratives for senior non-technical audiences • Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau • Working knowledge of statistical modelling, regression analysis, and A/B testing • Experience partnering cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders • Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus • Based in Madrid or Barcelona is ideal • Strategic, structured problem-solving approach • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and focused on results • Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations, with experience building AI-related tools or solutions • Entrepreneurial ownership mindset • Track record of scoping complex problems, conducting quantitative analysis, and developing decision-driving insights • Ability to prioritise and lead multiple project workstreams concurrently • Ability to build stakeholder trust and communicate complex concepts clearly • Experience in tech companies, start-ups, or consultancy is an extra advantage • Legal right to work in the country of residence or role location; visa sponsorship is unavailable
