📋 Description

• Manage and grow a team of 2–3 analysts • Organise workload, set priorities, and manage agile sprints, backlogs, and intake • Coach analysts technically and professionally while maintaining quality and impact • Coordinate global and local stakeholders • Establish AI-first querying, coding, and analysis practices • Create shared libraries, reusable code, and GitHub-based architecture • Partner with the VP of Individual Doctors and VP of Clinics to identify business gaps and opportunities • Lead analytical deep dives explaining performance, causes, and actions • Propose, run, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments • Build and maintain scalable data models and automations across 13 markets • Build usable Looker and/or Tableau dashboards • Ensure outputs follow BI dashboard and data standards • Translate business requirements for BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams • Provide dedicated analytical support to local markets when needed • Build an interpretation layer that turns metrics and models into actionable AI-generated insights • Deliver market performance insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, decision-ready format

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar • 5+ years of relevant analytics experience • 1–2 years leading analysts • Very good SQL skills; BigQuery preferred • Python is a plus • Experience designing and maintaining automations and scalable data models • Experience setting up or scaling AI-first ways of working for a data/analytics team • Experience with AI-assisted querying and coding, shared prompt or code libraries, and reusable architecture in GitHub or similar • Ability to translate complex data into clear business language and narratives for senior non-technical audiences • Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau • Working knowledge of statistical modelling, regression analysis, and A/B testing • Cross-functional experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders • Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus • Based in Madrid or Barcelona is ideal • Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations, with experience building AI-related solutions • Ability to scope complex problems, conduct quantitative analysis, and develop decision-driving insights • Ability to prioritise multiple concurrent workstreams • Experience in tech companies, start-ups, or consultancy is an extra advantage • Legal right to work in the country of residence or role location; visa sponsorship is not available
