📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and observability. • Develop, optimize, and maintain public APIs for healthcare system integrations. • Ensure high performance and robustness in high-traffic, mission-critical environments. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver well-designed, maintainable solutions. • Promote agile practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture within the team. • Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation. • Support integration partners with reliable tooling and strong developer experience. • Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, where relevant to backend systems.

🎯 Requirements

• A senior backend engineer with deep expertise in designing and building highly scalable, reliable, and observable systems. • Comfortable working across multiple modern programming languages. • Curious, collaborative, and thrive in cross-functional teams. • Passionate about creating backend architectures that perform under high load, recover gracefully from failures, and provide clear insights through observability. • Committed to clean, testable, and well-documented code that supports long-term maintainability. • Excited to tackle complex technical challenges at scale and make strategic system design decisions that enhance overall reliability and performance. • 8+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems. • Strong expertise in designing distributed systems, async programming, and service-oriented architectures. • Hands-on experience with message brokers, queues, or event-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). • Solid knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL + NoSQL). • Familiarity with cloud-native practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (SOLID, DRY, testing, CI/CD). • Proficiency in English (B2+) for effective collaboration.
